The museum introduced an audio guide that lets visitors choose short tracks by theme: materials, biography, or technique. Visitors who used the biography track spent longer near portraits, but the museum did not track whether they learned more than visitors using other tracks. The education director called the data helpful for studying movement through rooms, not for proving learning outcomes. A quiz feature is planned for next year.
